Description: The Pinacoteca di Brera is the main public gallery for paintings in Milan, Italy. It contains one of the foremost collections of Italian paintings. The most famous of these include Caravaggio's "Supper at Emmaus", "The Kiss" by Hayez and "The Montefeltro Altarpiece" by the Italian Renaissance artist Piero della Francesca.

Opening hours: Tuesday, Wednesday,Thursday, Saturday, Sunday:  8.30 am - 7.15 pm (ticket office closes at 6.40 pm).

                         Friday:  8.30 am - 9.15 pm (ticket office closes at 8.40 pm).

                         Closed: every monday, January 1, May 1, December 25
